Whether you're in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, Tauranga or Dunedin, our life drawing pricing is exactly the same — no city loading, no surprises. Each session runs 2 hours in total: your Knight arrives as your topless waiter first, then reveals himself as your life drawing model partway through.
Every price is a guide based on our industry-standard rates. Our models are independent contractors and very occasionally set their own rate — if that's the case for your chosen guy, we'll always tell you before you book.
Both options run 2 hours in total and include sketch pads for every hen — the only difference is how many Knights turn up.
Your waiter and your life drawing model are one and the same
From $495 + $5pp
$195 booking fee/deposit, paid upfront
then $300 + $5 per hen to your Knight on the night

Your Knight can either ease things in by serving drinks for the first 20–30 minutes, or launch straight into the session — whatever suits your group. He then reveals himself as your life drawing model, striking a series of poses and walking you through some fun sketching exercises, even if nobody in the room has held a pencil since school. He's with you for two hours all up, and he's flexible on how nude or covered up he stays throughout — this is all about the laughs, not a serious art class. There's no cap on numbers either way; the price is simply a flat fee plus $5 per hen for materials, on top of your model's fee. Fancy an extra thrill? He can open with a full costume strip for just $150 (usually $300).

Two Knights arrive together — for the first 20–30 minutes both serve as your topless waiters, pouring drinks and breaking the ice, before one of them reveals himself as your life drawing model. He'll lead the group through a series of poses and sketching exercises while the second Knight stays topless and keeps everyone topped up throughout. Both are with you for two hours altogether. As with the one-Knight option, there's no minimum or maximum guest number — just a flat fee plus $5 per hen for materials, plus your models' fee. Want to kick things off with a bit more of a show? Add a full costume strip intro for just $150 (usually $300).

A one-Knight session starts at $195 booking fee plus $300 + $5 per hen — for example, $545 total for 10 guests. A two-Knight session starts a little higher at $250 plus $440 + $5 per hen.
With one Knight, the same guy serves drinks for the first 30 minutes before becoming your life drawing model. With two Knights, one stays on as your topless waiter for the whole two hours while the other reveals himself as the model.
No — there's no cap either way. The price is simply a flat fee plus $5 per hen for sketch pads and materials.

For an extra $150 (normally $300), your model can open the session with a full costume strip before moving into the life drawing poses — a fun way to kick things off.
Absolutely! And if you do we will not charge you the +$5pp, but it helps us if we know this at the time of booking.
Your model will do whatever you are most comfortable with. Some groups prefer to leave a little to the imagination, so some undies, a prop, a carefully draped sarong or perhaps a well placed bowl of fruit will do just fine! Or he can even start with the first pose semi clothed and remove more items with each pose until — if you feel up to it — a fully naked pose for the grand finale!
The booking fee secures your date and is paid upfront to Hen's Knights; the remaining balance, including the per-hen sketch pad fee, is paid directly to your Knight(s) in cash on the night.
