There aren't many, but they're important — please read before you book.
These are our full terms and conditions for booking a Topless Waiter, Life Drawing Model or Stripper through Hens Knights NZ.
With any human business there is always the possibility that the guy you choose to be your Topless Waiter, Life Drawing Model, or Stripper is indisposed on the night due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or injury.
We guarantee that if this happens, either your Topless Waiter, Life Drawing Model, Stripper or Hen's Knights will call you and give you the option of choosing another Knight or getting your booking fee back. You will never be sent anyone who isn't listed on the site unless you agree to it. If we can't reach you in time, we'll replace the indisposed Knight at our discretion so you're not left without one. If you're not happy with our replacement once he arrives, you may turn him away without paying — but if you decide to continue with the booking, please don't expect a refund. All our lads are chosen for personality as well as the obvious, so we're confident you'll be happy with any of the Knights advertised on this site.
In the extremely unlikely event that your Topless Waiter, Model or Stripper doesn't attend your function due to an unforeseen and unavoidable circumstance immediately before your event — such as illness, breakdown or accident — that results in Hen's Knights being unable to provide a replacement you're happy with at short notice, you'll be entitled to a full refund of your booking fee (you must turn the replacement away to claim a refund). If you've booked more than one Knight, your refund will only cover the portion of your booking fee relating to the Knight or Knights who didn't show.
All our lads are totally independent, so Hen's Knights can't be held responsible if your Topless Waiter, Model or Stripper simply doesn't show. In this unlikely event, however, we'll do everything within reason to get someone else to your event — and if we're unsuccessful, you'll be entitled to a full refund of your booking fee. Beyond that refund, Hen's Knights has no further liability to you.
Once you've paid your booking fee, your booking is considered confirmed. If you decide to cancel your booking for any reason after paying, you'll forfeit your booking fee. If we need to cancel your booking for any reason, you'll receive a full refund of your booking fee.
If your performer arrives and you feel he doesn't look enough like his photos, you simply don't like something about him, or he's late — turn him away and we'll refund your booking fee for that Knight. If you decide to proceed with the performance anyway, please don't expect a refund.
Important: once your booking fee is paid, any changes to your booking will result in forfeiture of the booking fee paid for the portion of the booking altered. For example: you book a Life Drawing class for 2 hours and want to downgrade it to a Topless Waiter for 2 hours — you lose your booking fee. You book 2 topless waiters and closer to the date only want 1 — you lose your booking fee. You book for 3pm and want to change the time to 7pm — you lose your booking fee.
This is because from the moment you pay your booking fee, we book your Knights and they turn away other work — they miss out if you cancel or alter the time or location in a way that means they need to be replaced. In some cases we can make a time or location change and still use the same Knight originally booked — in which case you may not lose your booking fee, but this is at our discretion. Please don't make a booking until you're certain of your date, time, location and the service you need.
If you provide incorrect address or contact phone number details, and/or don't check your confirmation email thoroughly for errors, we can't be held responsible if your performer is unable to find you or your function on the night — and as a result, you will lose your booking fee.
Most of our lads live in and around the Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, Tauranga and Dunedin CBDs. If your function is located outside the CBD, there may be an extra charge for travel. This is dealt with at the time of booking and calculated on a case-by-case basis. As a guide, most lads charge approximately $1 per kilometre from the CBD of your city to your location.
Strippers are heavily booked out on Fridays and Saturdays, so please note that your booked time will always be approximate. For strip shows, please have the performer fee ready for collection prior to the performance starting.
For bookings at our venues, the final guest number provided to us a week prior to the event will be the minimum number of guests charged for, even if fewer guests turn up on the day.
Strippers commonly use fake tan, oil and sometimes whipped cream in their shows — if you don't want any of it on your clothes, keep your distance! Some Life Drawing Models use charcoal, and if you're body-painting your model there will be paint involved too — so if you'd rather keep your dresses, carpet and furniture free of any of it, please use common sense and choose a suitable location. You're responsible for this.
Hen's Knights operates the Hen's Knights website ("the Website") to enable independent adult male entertainers ("Entertainers") to advertise their individual services ("Services") to users ("You") of the Website.
Hen's Knights is a booking platform for adult male entertainment, predominantly for hens parties: you tell Hen's Knights the details of your event, then either choose one of the Entertainers from the images on the Website, or simply ask Hen's Knights to select one for you.
The Website is free to use for both you and the Entertainers.
There's no charge for you to browse the Entertainers' images or enquire about a specific Entertainer's availability.
It's free for any Entertainer to request his pictures be uploaded to the Website, although Hen's Knights reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse to upload any Entertainer's images for any reason. Hen's Knights also reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to remove any existing Entertainer's images at any time for any reason.
Entertainers may also request to have their images removed from the Website at any time, at no cost.
Hen's Knights receives a Booking Fee from you at the time you make a booking. This Booking Fee is the only fee Hen's Knights receives, and is solely for matching you to an Entertainer and providing the Entertainer with your details and any other details you provide that are necessary for them to carry out the requested Service at your Event.
The Booking Fee does not constitute any part of the Entertainer's Fee, which is a separate amount transacted between you and the Entertainer on the Date of Service.
Hen's Knights is not liable for the refund of any monies — including the Entertainer's Fee — paid directly to the Entertainer by you on the Date of Service, under any circumstances.
Hen's Knights accepts no liability for any aspect of the interaction between you and the Entertainer, including but not limited to the description, performance or delivery of Services.
Hen's Knights makes no warranty as to the truth or accuracy of any information provided by any Entertainer, including but not limited to their level of ability to perform their Service, or the honesty or accuracy of any information they provide, such as the accuracy or recency of images supplied.
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee or other similar relationship is created or implied by Hen's Knights agreeing to post an Entertainer's images on the Website, or by sending your details and event details to the Entertainer. Entertainers are completely independent of Hen's Knights, and are entirely responsible for things such as their own routines, schedules, prices, costumes, show content, drawing exercises, timekeeping, punctuality and drink-making skills. You have no authority to bind Hen's Knights, its related entities or affiliates in any way whatsoever. Hen's Knights confirms that all Services promoted on the Website are provided solely by such Entertainers. To the extent permitted by law, Hen's Knights specifically disclaims all liability for any loss or damage incurred by you in any manner due to the performance or non-performance of these Entertainers and their Services.
If you're dissatisfied with any aspect of the Entertainer's service immediately on his arrival — including but not limited to his punctuality, appearance, personality or attitude — you must ask the Entertainer to leave immediately, without any Service taking place and without making any payment to him. If you do pay the Entertainer Fee or any other monies directly to the Entertainer, the Entertainment Contract will be deemed to have commenced, and it becomes your responsibility to seek a refund directly from the Entertainer, either on the Date of Service or at some later date, if you believe one is warranted. Hen's Knights will not be liable for any refund of the Entertainer Fee or other monies paid directly to the Entertainer under any circumstances.
If you're dissatisfied with any aspect of the Entertainer's Service after it has commenced — including but not limited to routines, performances, schedules, prices, costumes, show content, drawing exercises, timekeeping, punctuality, drink-making skills, attitude or personality — you must negotiate a refund of the Entertainer Fee, in whole or in part, directly with the Entertainer, either on the Date of Service or at some later date. Hen's Knights will not be liable for any refund of the Entertainer Fee or other monies paid directly to the Entertainer under any circumstances.
Hen's Knights has no obligation to assist or involve itself in any dispute between you and your Entertainer, although it may choose to do so to improve your experience.
"Agreement" means the most up-to-date version of the agreement between Hen's Knights and you.
"Booking Fee" or "Deposit" means the fee paid by you to Hen's Knights solely for the purpose of matching you to an Entertainer, and for providing the Entertainer with your details and any other details necessary for them to carry out your entertainment.
"Date of Service" means the date you specify to receive the Service.
"Entertainer" means an independent adult male entertainer who provides Services directly to you.
"Entertainment Contract" means the separate contract formed between you and your Entertainer upon commencement of the Services and/or payment of the Entertainer Fee, on the Date of Service and at the Location of Service.
"Entertainer Fee" means the fee payable by you to the Entertainer on the Date of Service for their rendered Services.
"Hen's Knights" (also "we", "us", "our") means the legal entity Stanton Fox Productions Pty Ltd.
"Life Drawing Services" means the Entertainer will remove most or all of his clothes and allow you to draw pictures of him.
"Location of Service" means the location you specify to receive the Service.
"Services" means the services rendered as described in Stripper Services, Life Drawing Services and/or Topless Waitering Services.
"Stripper Services" means the Entertainer will remove most or all of his clothes in a provocative and generally sexual manner while allowing you to watch.
"Topless Waitering Services" means the Entertainer will remove at least his upper body clothing and serve your drinks.
"The Website" means the Hen's Knights website at www.hensknights.co.nz.
"Time of Service" means the time you specify to receive the Service.
"User" or "You" means the person who actively uses the Website to search for and/or book Entertainers.
"Your Details" means details including, but not limited to, your name, mobile phone number and the address at which your Event will take place.
"Your Event" means an occasion you've organised to take place at the Date, Time and Location of Service you specify.
In this User Agreement, except where the context otherwise requires:
(a) the singular includes the plural and vice versa, and a gender includes other genders;
(b) another grammatical form of a defined word or expression has a corresponding meaning;
(c) a reference to a document or instrument includes it as novated, altered, supplemented or replaced from time to time;
(d) the applicable currency is New Zealand Dollars;
(e) a reference to a person includes a natural person, partnership, body corporate, association, governmental or local authority or agency, or other entity;
(f) a reference to a statute, ordinance, code or other law includes regulations and other instruments under it, and consolidations, amendments, re-enactments or replacements of any of them;
(g) the meaning of general words is not limited by specific examples introduced by "including", "for example" or similar expressions;
(h) headings are for ease of reference only and do not affect interpretation;
(i) any agreement, representation, warranty or indemnity in favour of two or more parties (including where two or more people are included in the same defined term) is for their joint and several benefit; and
(j) a rule of construction does not apply to a party's disadvantage merely because that party was responsible for preparing this agreement or any part of it.
