For a private setting, yes — bring your own alcohol and mixers. At a licensed venue you'll buy drinks at the bar (unless your package already includes them), and your waiter will handle the serving either way.
He'll give it a good go — none of our guys are trained bartenders, but hand him a recipe and the ingredients and he'll happily mix away.
